O CAMERA

When I think how nuts it drives
Nuts it drives nuts it drives me
To be here so far from you and lagging
For that matter a ways even from my
Feelings, without even a picture
Of you in my wallet I used to
Think I wish I had a camera or
I wish I had a digital camera and
A computer and a phone line and a printer
And plenty of ink and photo paper and
Then you give me the last camera
Your mother owned and I'm looking you
Looking you looking you in the eye
Picturing us at last and just
