INVISIBLE POEM #2

If you knew their hearts
And how they kept away all pain
You would rise up where you sit
In great weeping crying your head off
Following the sound they make
As they leave their auras
To transport myself it became
Necessary to do without
And where I was became suddenly
A fabulous garden-laboratory
The planets crowded around a bird
To hear its electric instruments
And my counterfeit heart
Taken and given as I rolled around
Needles on the carpet
